Website use and orders

We make reasonable efforts to ensure product descriptions, pricing, and availability are accurate. Errors may occur, and we reserve the right to correct them and cancel affected orders with a full refund.

Production and variation

Every garment is embroidered to order in limited editions of thirty pieces or fewer. As each piece is stitched individually, minor variation in thread placement, tension, and finish between pieces is inherent to the process and does not constitute a defect.

Product representation

Product photography depicts actual pieces from the edition. Screen calibration, lighting, and individual production may cause slight differences between the image and the item received.

Limited editions

Editions are capped and are not reissued. Availability is not guaranteed, and orders may be cancelled and refunded in full if an item becomes unavailable after purchase.

Final sale

All sales are final. Returns and exchanges are not accepted for fit, sizing, or change of mind. Damaged or defective items are addressed under the refund policy.

Custom orders

Custom and personalized pieces are produced to individual specification and are non-refundable and non-returnable in all circumstances.

Production timeframes

Estimated production times are estimates, not guarantees. Delays arising from material supply, equipment maintenance, or order volume do not entitle the customer to cancellation or refund once production has begun.

Shipping

We ship to the United States only. Shipping estimates are provided at checkout or in order communications. We are not responsible for carrier delays, incorrect delivery information, or events outside our reasonable control.

Intellectual property

All designs, embroidery files, photography, and written content on this site are the property of iHOOP SEW and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used commercially without written permission.

Disclaimer of warranties

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the website and its content are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not guarantee that the website will always be available, uninterrupted, or error-free.

Limitation of liability
