SHIPPING
STITCHED
THEN SENT.
Nothing here sits in a warehouse waiting to be picked. Each piece is hooped and stitched after you order it, which takes time — usually about a week, sometimes longer.
Timeline at a glance
5–10 DAYS
Business days, from order to finished piece.
2–5 DAYS
USPS, from Orange County.
US ONLY
International is coming, not yet live.
Made, Not Picked
When you order, the garment gets hooped, stabilized, and run through the machine while I watch it. Thread breaks. Tension shifts. A piece that puckers gets set aside and started over. That's the part that takes a week, and it's the part that makes it worth having.
Busy stretches — a new drop, the holidays, a machine down for maintenance — can push that to two weeks. If your order is going to take longer than the estimate, I'll email you. I'd rather tell you than leave you refreshing tracking.
Order to Doorstep
Order confirmed
You get an email right away. This confirms the order, not that it's shipped.
Into the queue
Orders are stitched in the order they come in. No line-skipping.
Stitched and finished
Backing trimmed, ends buried, pressed, inspected. Anything that isn't right doesn't ship.
Shipped with tracking
You get a tracking link the moment the label is printed.
Rates and carriers
USPS, shipped from Orange County, California.
Calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.
Included on every order, emailed when the label prints.
Delays and problems
I'll email you before the estimate passes, not after. You can always ask where things stand.
Transit time is out of my hands, but I'll help you chase it if tracking stalls.
Email me within a few hours of ordering and I can usually fix it before the label prints.
